JensenWorld has been online as a personal home page since the early web — family first, with astronomy, photos, and a few strong opinions.
The redesign
This version is a full visual and structural redesign built as a static site:
- Modern HTML5, responsive CSS, accessible navigation
- No Flash, no legacy Google Analytics, no SSI
#exec - Media (photos, video) linked read-only from the original tree via symlinks — originals untouched
- Clear information architecture: Family · Astronomy · Photos · Video · Archive
Deployment
Production DocumentRoot: /home/www/html. Redesign pages overlay the classic tree; photos and video stay in place and are exposed under / via symlinks.
